Australia and New Zealand are central in the group's overall expansion plans and presents GBG with a significant opportunity to address both existing and new clients' business objectives in the areas of customer onboarding and risk management. Importantly we consistently put the customer first and by doing so we focus on providing high quality customer service; this delivers improvements to the customer's journey, which will generate enhanced profitability. The role You are directly responsible for supporting the sales operations function across Australia and New Zealand. You will be providing valuable assistance to the sales team, processing orders, following and maintaining good governance and other administrative tasks. In addition, this role will providing regular reporting on sales progress, leads follow-ups and contract closures. What you will do To work with the Regional Director (ANZ) and the Sales Operations team to implement strategies, complete tasks and help to embed Sales & Orders Processing Help with customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems Provide data and guides to help the sales team Develop and monitor performance indicators Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information Keep record of sales trends Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Suggest sales process improvements
