They are hiring a Sales Development Representative who will be focused on targeting our existing database as well as identifying new opportunities and work closely with our Sales Executives. The team is dynamic, driven and ambitious and we need the SDR to be too and this role will itself fast track to a Sales Executive position. The Opportunity As a client-facing Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads and prospects through various outbound channels, including email, SMS, social media and phone. Your main objective will be to qualify and prioritise potential clients from our existing database and identify and make contact with new prospects and convert them into a meeting and ultimately sales. This role is ideal for a junior sales professional seeking experience in a fast-paced environment, however experienced Salespeople will also be considered. The role will be fast-tracked to a Sales Executive role for those that are standout and excel in targets. You will become part of a dynamic winning organisation working with the best in AI ML technology. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in this role is not required although outbound sales experience is, whether it was tele sales or any form of cold calling the rest can be taught. A distinct advantage would be coming from an Intelligent Document Processing or Management background or even better experience in AI sales of any type or OCR / RPA or Software Robotics sales, however not essential. What is essential is: A proven track record or hitting / exceeding targets. Motivated self-starter who moves quickly. Exceptional with building and maintaining client relations.
