CSL has an exciting opportunity available for a Director Sales Primary Care (ANZ) to join our Commercial Operations teams. This position has become available due to an internal move. In this key position, you will lead and develop the sales strategy for the Primary Care Sales Team and drive the implementation of the sales plan through the Area Business Managers and their teams in Australia and New Zealand. You will support and drive the culture of the sales organisation through sales leaders, specialist national business managers and training managers, focussing on sales excellence and ensuring the delivery of key performance objectives for the portfolio of promoted primary care brands. You will lead the training team and drive projects and initiatives for the broader CSL Seqirus sales team. You will ensure CSL Seqirus has a salesforce with the capabilities required to be successful in the current and mid-term markets and ensure the sales team remains innovative and are up to date in their product knowledge and selling skills. You will effectively build and manage relationships with many different (internal, alliance and external) stakeholders in pursuit of our strategic objectives and share industry best-practice back across CSL Seqirus to deliver maximum benefit for patients and the business.
