What You'll Be Working On As a Trainee/Admin Scheduler, you will report to the Scheduling Manager and be responsible for: Preparing orders and necessary work sheets for supervisors, trades, and suppliers Actioning variations and verifying/approving "Extra to Order" invoices to maintain project budgets Assisting with Supplier and Site Manager queries to ensure smooth communication Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of supplier catalogues for efficient material planning Providing administrative support to the scheduling team Who Will Be Successful To thrive in this position, you should demonstrate: An ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering working drawings and specifications (prior experience preferred but not required; on-the-job learning provided) Exceptional time management and attention to detail to handle the demands of a fast-paced, high-volume environment A positive, self-motivated attitude with a strong team-player mindset Proficiency in Microsoft products and a willingness to learn computer-aided design programs like ArchiCAD and Autosketch Enthusiasm for learning, a proactive nature, and a willingness to assist others Individuals transitioning from an accounts/bookkeeping background looking to embark on a new journey in the construction industry are encouraged to apply Why Join ABN Join ABN, a company that values its employees and empowers them to succeed.
