As a key team member supporting our Head Office Client Care and Settlements Team, your key responsibilities will include: Preparing a range of processes, procedures, customer correspondence and communications to ensure our customers and management are kept informed regarding upcoming settlements, property updates and general information. Distribute settlement related documents, pipeline reporting and other correspondence to our Branches, Developers and Management team Deliver a high level of customer service and support to our Branches liaising with key internal and external stakeholders including our Head Office Property Team, Solicitors, Financiers, Property Management and other key parties involved in the settlement and handover process. Provide regular periodical reports on our settlements pipeline and construction updates for our customers General team coordination and support including the collation and management of data, contracts, customer correspondence and other information.
