Administrative Assistant Supporting our Medical Imaging management team Located at The Royal Melbourne Hospital City Campus Full time position with monthly paid day off The Medical Imaging Department is a multi-disciplinary team which includes Nursing, Nuclear Medicine Technologists, Medical, Radiography and Administrative staff. The Department provides a 24 hour/7 day a week service, performing 225,000 medical imaging examinations annually. The RMH Imaging Department is one of the most highly regarded medical imaging sites in Australia. Recognised for our high standards and the quality of staff employed, we maintain a focus on teamwork and collaborative working relationships. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Imaging team. In this role you will work closely with all members of the Medical Imaging management team. You will be involved in ensuring optimal service delivery and patient safety, and participate in quality improvement. Your new role: Be actively involved with business meetings, data collection, recording of minutes. Support the front-line management team with Service Improvement and Quality Initiatives. Support the Reception team with administration duties where applicable. Be involved with MRI patient Safety checking working as part of the multi-disciplinary team. You show a willingness to learn and develop new skills in a big public hospital environment.
