We look forward to welcoming you to our Tribe About this role Orchard Early Learning Centre St Ives is seeking an Part-time administration co-ordinator to cover a maternity leave position from October 2023 to May 2024. Are you an expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services. The position is full time (with some flexibility on hours and days) You will have expertise in organisational and time management skills and enjoy contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team. Prior administrative experience in childcare, and experience using Kidsoft and OWNA, is highly desirable. Be organised and efficient Be able to complete tasks in reasonable time frames Helping with incoming calls and inquiries Enrolling children and ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate Greeting visitors into the centre Scheduling and facilitating meetings as required Performing additional duties as required Must have a current working with children check
