Donor Administration Officer| 4 days a week | Charity | Based in St Leonards with WFH flexibility About the Organisation: Work for one of our amazing Charity clients, in a friendly and collaborative environment. Its mission is to improve community well-being by supporting innovative health research and the delivery of exceptional patient care. The Role: ▪ Administrative allrounder ▪To process philanthropic income through the CRM database (Salesforce) efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and timely donor receipting; handle related enquiries and provide reports ▪To provide administrative support to the Finance and Operations Manager, the CEO and the team, ensuring the smooth daily operations; be the first point of contact for external stakeholders ▪To assist with a variety of fundraising projects and programs as required. Key Responsibilities ▪Process donations, bequests and other philanthropic income through Salesforce. ▪Ensure all gifts are processed, receipted and banked promptly and accurately ▪Liaise with the Finance and Operations Manager to ensure that gifts are allocated and coded correctly ▪Assist with the creation of donor and campaign income reports ▪Liaise with external stakeholders, such as donors, NSLHD staff, suppliers, etc. Essential ▪Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines, and to work calmly under pressure ▪Excellent accuracy and attention to detail ▪Excellent administrative skills and customer service skills including management of team calendars, inbox, ability to manage incoming phone calls, answer enquiries and triage to the broader team ▪High level of professional information technology skills ▪Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and customer service skills ▪Must demonstrate the ability to maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality ▪Ability to manage a wide range of simultaneous and demanding tasks ▪Ability to work collaboratively and with a high level of flexibility.
