Our goal in Enterprises is to provide disadvantaged young people with paid work experience, in delivering a commercial contract. This experience is further supported with wrap-around youth work. The end goal is to develop and build the young person’s capacity for workforce participation so that they are able to secure and sustain employment in the open labour market. your opportunity As the Shared Services Administration Officer , you will provide quality administrative support to yourtown Shared Services team. You will be working as part of a dynamic and efficient administration team that plays a fundamental role in the day-to-day business operations. In addition to this you will: • Provide quality administrative support and assistance to the wider team. • Monitoring inboxes and triaging inquiries. • Assisting with improving administration processes and documents. • Supporting youth workers & trainers with the timely processing of timesheets, client expenses and other documents as required • Supporting business with records management/ archiving relating to our contract management. • Processing invoices, purchase orders, credit card reconciliations, and record-keeping. • Maintaining stationery and PPE levels, undertaking electronic and paper-based filing. what we are looking for • Demonstrated experience in administration, office support or, in a similar role. • Ability to build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to ensure all document compliance is in line with guidelines and requirements. • Experience in relevant software applications, specifically Microsoft Office including proficient level in Excel and Word. • Resilient, self-motivated, and team player. • Excellent communication skills with a high-level phone manner. your benefits When you join yourtown you will be welcomed into a safe, inclusive, and diverse community and an established and reputable national organisation.
