Join our Water team within Flow Equipment division in Australia as Sales Order Management Assistant to help us take pump selection and repairs to the next level. In this role you will be accountable for: Process orders in MSDynamics ERP for spare parts, pumps and equipment Generate customer sales invoices Process incoming invoices and code according to the business requirements Update ETA/ETD delivery to customers as updated information becomes available Send shipping information and documentation to factories and freight forwarders - Filing of all orders & shipping documents To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong organizational ability Strong computer literacy Experience in a similar role Strong customer focus Capability to work under high volume workload Your benefits: Employee Assistance Program Execellent remuneration On-site car parking Long service awards Have a question about the role?
