We share a common Daimler Truck's purpose across the globe - For All Who Keep The World Moving This 2024 IBL program, based in our Service Operations team focuses on Sales & Service Support and commences mid-January 2024. You will need to commit to full-time office hours until the end of January 2025. To qualify for this program, you must be an undergraduate student currently completing your penultimate year of study. As at January 2024, you must have 12 months or 2 semesters of study remaining to complete your degree. Ideally, you are studying a Business related degree. The role: We are looking for a dynamic and customer centric university student to join the team as an IBL, Sales & Service Support. This is a great opportunity to develop generalist business skills in multiple areas. Our 2024 IBL Program will expose you to real jobs, real experiences and real learning, which will allow you to gain valuable workplace experience relevant to your chosen field of study. This 12-month opportunity, starting in 2024, is to learn and work alongside our experienced team of professionals across our Aftersales Service Operations team, accelerating your learning and gaining valuable exposure to our brand and corporate values. It will be an amazing opportunity to contribute to our purpose, For All Who Keep The World Moving. This Sales & Service Support role is a unique opportunity to gain insight into a department that covers service operations, marketing and sales. The successful candidate will support our team with a major transformation project that aims to provide new services and communication tools for our customers. You will support the team with customer and dealer engagement, marketing and communications support to ensure service support excellence for our customers. Day to day you will learn about general business operations, support with operational and financial administration and customer service queries. You will also gain insight in to the technical side of our service plan offerings and may help with competitor analysis and benchmarking exercises as well as analytics and reporting. You will have a proactive, enthusiastic attitude driven to provide ultimate customer service excellence. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and can navigate Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
