We are seeking an accomplished Head of Digital Engineering to provide strategic leadership for our digital engineering function. Reporting to and partnering with the Chief Technology Officer you will guide and inspire our engineering teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices and driving digital transformation initiatives in alignment with RAA's objectives. Provide clear direction, purpose, and context for the team's work, establishing targets and deliverables. Foster a collaborative and committed working environment within the Digital Engineering team. Develop a workforce strategy to meet current and future engineering needs. Lead the digital transformation with a comprehensive engineering strategy aligned with business objectives. Drive agile change practices and technology delivery to support digital transformation. Collaborate with product management leadership on product roadmaps. Ensure digital solutions achieve desired outcomes for member engagement and growth. Set goals for code quality, security, and scalability, monitoring progress. Collaborate with key IS stakeholders for performance and security. Oversee relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors, including contract negotiations. Manage budget with a focus on personnel, vendor, and capital expenditures. About you Your demonstrated leadership skills, particularly in implementing and sustaining agile development methodologies within a Digital platform environment, are crucial. Effective communication of complex technical concepts, coupled with a strong grasp of software development methodologies and best practices, is essential.
