Senior Security Administrator Location Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangements Full time ongoing opportunity (35 hours per week) Salary from $ 120,859 to $133,183 pa. super and annual leave loading Diverse and inclusive organisation with generous leave entitlements including flex leave and access to Fitness Passport Your role The Senior Cyber Security Administrator is responsible for the development of technical procedures and processes, protection of data, cyber security engineering, and implementation and monitoring of compliance with cyber security policies and procedures within DCJ. What you ll do In this role you will be responsible for responding to Cyber Security events and identifying Cyber Security risks. You will also be responsible for; Conducting forensic examinations of ICT infrastructure and devices Utilising the Cyber Security systems and tools to monitor and tune for events and incidents Developing, implementing, and monitoring mechanisms for identifying and reporting on the Department s cyber security attack surface Conducting assessments that test cyber security infrastructure and systems to flow through to the Blue Team to develop solutions Conducting assessments and managing the vulnerability process against DCJ critical infrastructure and other at-risk infrastructure Conducting assessments to validate the Department s Incident Response process, including tabletop exercises, red teaming, penetration tests etc Reviewing identified security risks and breaches to ensure the organisation s assets and information are appropriately secured Reviewing and enhancing the training provided within the Department and the Cluster The role has a high level of independence and is expected to make day-to-day decisions relating to work priorities and workload management. What we re looking for Extensive experience in the cyber security field with experience in offensive and/or defensive security (Red Team and/or Blue Team) Demonstrate expert security knowledge with penetration testing and other red teaming assessments, or demonstrate expert security knowledge with Incident Response and forensic processes Hold at least one of the following OSCP, OSDA, OSWA, GPEN, GWAPT, GCFA.
