Summary A Service Contracts Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales relating to Maintenance Service Agreements for GE equipment through strong Service Account Management. Job Description Key responsibilities include: Maximize sales, service contract capture and customer satisfaction by identifying how GE Healthcare Service products can solve customer problems. Manages the contractual process between the customer and GE Healthcare, including negotiating terms and conditions, minimzing risk and liability for GE and liaising with relevant internal legal and commercial stakeholders for support. Maximise customer satisfaction by responding in a timely manner, professionally engaging with customers both verbally and in writing, presenting professional documentation that helps customers understand the service cover they have purchased and answering any questions they may have. Develop strong, long term customer relationships within a given geography whilst working closely with all other relevant GE internal stakeholders who work on the same region. Operate in accordance with defined commercial processes in a timely & proactive manner to keep customers' equipment constantly covered by GE service. Responsible for ensuring Maintenance Service Agreement requirements are understood, reviewed and communicated across required teams for implementation, upon finalization. Deliver high levels of performance against key Performance Indicators. Work closely with the equipment sales team to help win future Install Base (IB) by providing competitive & formal Point of Sale (POS) quotations including pricing for tender responses within their scope of authority Preparation for customer visits and supplier performance reviews which may include reporting and presenting performance data Maintain customer records, profiles and all interactions with customers in GEHC's CRM tools. Ownership of customer queries and subsequent resolutions including invoice disputes and payment issues Effectively communicate market information, including competitor activity to relevant internal stakeholders when identified. Be responsible for driving data cleanliness, updating relevant systems to ensure accurate install base and customer records Generate and communicate leads to relevant GEHC colleagues that help drive revenue growth Execute promotional activities & initiatives in line with promotional growth programs Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs. Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management Systems Qualifications: Min 2 years' experience in Customer Sales Representative or Telesales role Strive for customer focused outcomes while nurturing and building customer relations Highly developed communication, negotiation, presentation & interpersonal skills. Fluent English with appreciation of ANZ business environment. Knowledge of marketplace preferred, with a healthcare and/or technical sales background advantageous Strong administrative skills with ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail Proficient user of multiple business systems, Microsoft Office programs and customer CRM tools Ability to work within a team environment and harness resources to achieve goals.
