About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a National Manager to drive the strategic direction for our Managed Services. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the primary accountabilities are to: Create a managed services strategy outlining proposed combinations to be offered within the target market based on the outlined sales strategy. Create a national sales plan outlining prospects, renewal customers, and net new business target allocation for the team and reseller partners. Identify Opportunities and service improvements and support stakeholders to implement changes. Drive and demonstrate measurable continuous improvement on process optimisation, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness of the services delivered. Engage in discussions with the various vertical general managers to understand their plans and strategies and work to find synergies and opportunities across Konica Minolta. Work closely with GM – Solution Delivery to maintain and grow solution offering and implementation, inline with market and customer expectation. Provide sales and accounts managers with support and knowledge to help build relationships with target customer segments, pitch KM offerings and garner business. Engage with large customers – both current and prospective – to understand how KM can support their business needs. Provide all customers – current and prospective – with a consistent experience – which stands out as a differentiator for KM in the marketplace. Work closely with the existing Managed Print Services team to deliver services within the MPS portfolio. Collaborate with the State Managers to support Solution Sales Executive deliver on set objectives to drive growth in our IIM business and future ITS offerings. Represent the organisation at external forums and events and engage prospective customers. Requirements Exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation and interpersonal skillsBroad technical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems. Experience managing customer engagement to completion with a high level of adoption of the solution by the customer. Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders Proactive approach to networking with existing or prospective clients Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones Valid working rights for Australia As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
