We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Quakers Oats Team as Sales and Logistics Officer. This role will Assist the Supply Chain Supervisor in the operation of the service and distribution activities through the coordination and scheduling of the out loading of Finished Products and the preparation of all documents relating to domestic and export sales of Finished Products. Responsibilities About the Role Manage receipt, scheduling, and confirmation of sale orders and coordinate production, freight, and transport. Communicate with customers on shipment status and liaise with transport companies for efficient movement of containers. Attend weekly meetings to ensure production planning and scheduling meet customer order requirements. Prepare accurate forward production demand plans for the upcoming 4 to 6 weeks. Coordinate with warehouse planners to ensure shipment schedule. Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of Export Documentation and submit shipping documentation. Check the freight invoice, monitor payment status of clients. Compile timely and accurate Key Performance Indicators related to Forward Loading and customer order status. Report on individual customer issues. Ensure business conduct complies with ethical standards and policy and procedures. Cooperate with auditors and support continual improvement in environmental systems and performance. Qualifications About you Minimum 2 years export documentation experience. Logistics or Production Scheduling experience. Sales or customer service experience would be an advantage. Excellent organizational skills and able to plan and set priorities to tasks in order to meet schedules and allocated tasks. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Good problem-solving skills. Teamwork orientated. Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving goals through continuous improvement.
