We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator, HSEQ & Training to join the Telfer HSEQ and Training team. This position will be on a 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth. This role provides high level customer service and support to the HSEQT management team as well as Production Supervisors and Superintendents; ensuring that all administrative functions are of a high standard, enabling the efficient completion of Contractual obligations. To be considered for this position you must have: Previous experience in a similar role; Understanding of surface mining operations and prior exposure to FIFO; High level of computer literacy, desirable experience with Chris21, Success Factors, Incontrol (INX) and RosterON; Well- developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders across different levels; Demonstrating commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values; and Current WA C drivers licence or equivalent Employee Benefits: Competitive remuneration & rewards Ongoing career development opportunities - Challenge.
