You’ll enjoy working from home two days per week and flexible start and finish times, creating a work environment that empowers you to achieve a fulfilling work-life balance. You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by: Support the Facilities Team with enquiries and requests related to property upgrade program, R&M works, planned preventative maintenance, leasing, insurance, fleet and grant funding opportunities Maintain Facilities data and financial administration is accurate and up to date Be responsible for the maintenance of all incoming and out going mail What you’ll bring You could be an experienced Facilities Admin Officer professional or you might be a fresh face to the industry who is willing to learn and grow with a purpose-led organisation. No matter your experience level, you’ll bring your passion for delivering amazing talent outcomes and continually strive to make our teams the best they can be. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these - we will cover the cost of both). Current Driver’s License We would also love you to have: Experience in a previous facilities related role or similar Effective communication skills and are able to work effectively independently and in a team Strong time management skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software applications Why C&K?
