Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home About The Role As Qld State Sales Manager, your role is to implement the Electrolux Home Product's retail business strategy, in order to successfully achieve the required State turnover, profit and market share objectives. This will be achieved via your ability to establish and drive effective business relationships with retail channel partners, and your leadership of the State Sales Team. What You'll Do You will ensure that there is clear communication to the state sales team around the business plan and key priorities. This will involve analyzing and synthesizing information from multiple sources and relaying in a timely and effective manner. You will drive a high performance culture via ongoing coaching and mentoring of the team in their roles, providing continuous feedback. You may spend time communicating with key retailers to ensure business alignment, as well as interacting with key internal stakeholders, communicating market intelligence and competitor activity and analyzing the State business to identify opportunities and areas of improvement. As such you will work closely with the National Key Account Management Team, creating and maximizing state opportunities. Other stakeholders that you will work with collaboratively are members of the State Operations team, to ensure process and efficiencies are enabling the achievement of sales results. You will also ensure that spending is undertaken within the State Operations Budget and company guidelines, to achieve the business strategy. Who You Are You have State Sales Management experience within the Consumer Appliances/Electronics or Consumer Goods Industry As an experienced people manager you are driven to succeed and focused on leading your sales team to achieve You have a vision and a purpose, and you can inspire and influence others to not only share it but apply their abilities to achieving it.
