ABOUT THE BRANCH COMCAR, the Commonwealth Government's car-with-driver service, provides high quality, secure and confidential transport to the Governor-General, current and former Prime Ministers, Senators and Members of Parliament, Federal Judiciary, Heads of Commonwealth Agencies, International guests of Government, visiting dignitaries and major events nationwide. COMCAR has a national presence, with drivers located in each state and territory across Australia. Reservations for services can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The key duties of the position include THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting and rare opportunity for committed casual drivers to work with a distinguished organisation, COMCAR, in their car-with-driver service casual driving pool. We are looking for dynamic, courteous, and team-oriented individuals who display a commitment to the delivery of outstanding levels of service. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate flexibility to meet work demands, including the ability to work early mornings and/or late evenings, weekends, and public holidays and, at times, work at short notice.
