Technical/Sales Support Engineer: The Role: - Provide reactive and proactive technical support to Customers, Sales team, and Service Technicians. - Learn, develop and maintain technical aptitude across all MTA products and services. - Liaise with relevant factory for product quality, warranty & technical issues. - Manage warranty related service issues. - Liaise with contractors/service agents around commissioning, maintenance, and warranty requirements. - Assist in resolving any outstanding commissioning, maintenance, or warranty claims and disputes with customers. - Assist with parts identification and alternative sourcing. - Identify, document, communicate and maintain updated work instructions and procedures for servicing, repairs, warranty, and commissioning. - Support Sales Managers and their assigned customers with product selection, application, proposals, and sales development as needed. - Assist customers in product selection and product support. Skills & Attributes: - Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. - Good Organizational Skills - Have excellent computer literacy including MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Adobe. - Have a good understanding of technology. - Enjoy managing a variety of tasks. - Have a positive attitude. - You are confident and always conduct yourself in a professional manner. - Be able to work in a collaborative team environment. - Possess outstanding verbal & written communication skills. - Be self-motivated and organised with a strong work ethic. - Trade qualified in refrigeration/technician certification. (Preferred) - A current Refrigeration Handling License (ARCTick). (Desirable) Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role preferred.
