As Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers to lower the friction for app creation with our next-gen developer platform, Forge. You will report to the Head of Product for Forge Developer Platform, and inspire teams across Atlassian to define the vision, evaluate product opportunities, analyse industry trends, analyse customer and partner needs, and prioritise features and improvements. Your team will deliver the best experience for developers in the industry by offering tools and technologies that make it delightful to build and integrate with products like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Trello. This work will impact millions of users and thousands of partners for decades to come. This role is the perfect fit for you if you like both wearing a GM hat - leading a product to market from start to finish, but at the same time go deep into technical problems in collaboration with your Engineering partners to build the right technical foundations for app developers. More about you: You have a technical background, with experience building products for developers/API's. You have prior success in leading product teams, setting product vision and strategy, and launching excellent products. You can lead the team through setting clear goals, making decisions, and communicating crisply to your team, to leaders across Atlassian, and to our customers and partners. You are passionate about the user experience. You often think in first principles and are familiar with building platforms. On your first day, we'll expect you to have: Relevant experience as a Group Product Manager, working on SaaS ecosystem platforms Recent people management experience managing a product management team, and a love for developing and mentoring Product Managers both individually and as part of a cohesive team Experience partnering with engineering teams and senior stakeholders A technical background is important for this role to build for what developers love - you're a PM by trade, but also enjoy geeking out over fun technical challenges You'll have prior experience working on API's and understand how code is built and deployed, and the challenges faced during API design.
