We are reliable and cost effective, working hard to achieve successful outcomes for our clients by working with them in ways that create and deliver value.A vacancy currently exists for a Site Administration Officer to be based at one of our Mining Projects near Whyalla. The successful candidate will be highly experienced in the use of SAP & Microsoft Office, be keen to learn new skills and able to handle a large volume of work. A proactive and organised work style along with strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for role success. On-site experience in a mining environment is highly desirable.You will be working 12 hours a day on an even time 7/7 day shift only roster.This a residential based role and you are required to live in Whyalla during your 7 days on.Key role tasks:Processing invoices, time sheets and production reportsPreparing requisitions, purchase orders and goods receiptsReconciliations of onsite accountsEstablishing, controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and recordsEfficiently preparing and managing a variety of correspondenceGeneral administration duties for the project team as requiredActively support site in safety, QA and environmental objectives Key role capabilities: Advanced computer literacy including use of the MS Office suite and ExcelPrevious experience with SAP will be highly regardedAbility to communicate and engage well with diverse groups of peopleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent task prioritisation, time management and organisation skillsProven ability to work autonomously or within a team environmentExcellent problem solving abilities and use of initiativeSelf-motivated, goal and outcome oriented, hands-on approachPrevious mining or civil industry experience will be highly regardedRole RequirementsAbility to work in a team environment with minimal supervisionExcellent attitude towards safety and commitment to zero-harmSelf-motivated and strong work ethicHold a Current drivers’ licence and be able to drive a manualYou are 18 years of age or over Please apply online belowGolding is an equal opportunity employer.
