What This Role Requires: Highland is looking for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills , who is able to work under pressure and towards deadlines, whilst also being proactive in a fast-paced environment. The idea candidate will have great attention to detail and enthusiasm to assist with a variety of tasks. This is a key role within our marketing team as it not only assists the Head of Brand & Marketing directly, but also the wider Property Marketing Team. The Marketing Assistant will be pivotal in ensuring accuracy and correct representation of the Highland brand. Duties include, but not limited to: Support the Head of Brand & Marketing and wider marketing team with coordination of both internal and external events, and sponsorships Coordinate the calendars for the marketing team, floor planner, photographer, videographer, external suppliers and team inbox management Proof read and cross check content material to ensure accuracy and quality Coordinate e-newsletters and SMS through CRM database Create presentations for company general meetings, business meetings and auction nights Liaise with the team to coordinate and attend local marketing activations, events and auction nights Organise design and distribution of brochures and DLs Coordinate the ordering of Highland merchandise (hoodies, hats, water bottles etc.) Coordinate with the Photographer and various teams to set up internal staff photoshoots General administrative tasks to assist with the efficient running of the marketing team In order to be successful in this role, you will need: Only marketing qualification with administrative experience required Happy to consider someone who is currently completing their marketing qualification Accurate attention to detail Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Must work well under pressure and manage deadlines Demonstrate a level of confidence – be assertive yet professional and friendly Strong follow up skills The ability to thrive within a professional and fast-paced environment Must be presentable and mature minded Experience in content writing and proof reading is desired If you are our next Marketing Admin Assistant then click apply For a confidential discussion around this or any other opportunity, feel free to contact Nicci Hart on 02 9523 4333 or niccihighlandproperty.com.au Only suitable candidates will be contacted
