About the Role Reporting to the ASPAC Property Manager, you will be responsible for property and lease administration associated with Serco's leased commercial and residential premises. You will liaise with Serco AsPac's landlords, managing agents, contractors, staff, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for entering leasing invoices and facilitating payment, liaising with internal stakeholders regarding payment issues and generating reports and providing necessary documentation to stakeholders as required. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as lease compliance, market research, HSE compliance and vendor payments. To be successful for this role, you will have: The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. The ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines. Proven experience in property lease administration. Good understanding of commercial and residential property management. Skilled in leveraging technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency. Strong planning, organising, analytical and fact-based decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills. Personal and professional credibility and resilience.
