The opportunity An exciting new opportunity has arisen at Teva for an experienced Senior Manager, Commercial Operations - Retail Pharmacy to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will provide operational, analytical, wholesale pricing support and strategic support for the Pharmacy & Hospital business unit. This position reports to the Head of Pharmacy & Hospital, Australia based in Sydney. How you'll spend your day Manage wholesaler relationships at an operational level, and maintain customer mapping for all wholesalers. Set up pricing extract procedures with all CSO wholesalers, ensure price lists are up to date, and as required provide pricing report and rationale of price changes. Oversee wholesale stock management during SPD cycles. Manage rebate validation process for both wholesalers' and customers' claims for both pharmacy and hospital businesses. Provide competitor intel analysis and TGA stock shortage analysis and insights. Work with various systems to oversee pricing information flow and to manage customer based-pricing. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from relevant commercial and non-commercial teams to boost alignment and drive projects and initiatives relating to retail pricing function and growth strategy development. Provide other ad hoc analytical support to the Head of Pharmacy & Hospital as required. Your experience and qualifications Degree in science, commerce, or business 5 years commercial experience in the generics pharmaceutical industry or retail generics, with P&L ownership An understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical market, including a working knowledge of the retail pharmacy channel Strategic thinker with strong organisational & problem-solving skills Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively across multiple functions, internally and externally Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Financial planning & analysis skills Make a difference with Teva Pharmaceuticals Please submit your CV and a cover letter responding to the selection criteria outlining relative keys skills and experience in relation to this role.
