About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support & Office Coordinator who will be a valued cornerstone of our Sales and Operations Teams. In this pivotal role, you'll have a direct reporting line to the State Manager and play an essential part in our sales and branch operations. This role ensures seamless day-to-day coordination, administrative excellence, and the successful management of our exciting office events. Requirements To excel in this role, we're ideally looking candidates with backgrounds and skills of the following: Proactively supporting the local sales team through impactful reporting and sales administration. Maintain the SAP sales territory CRM data, ensuring its accuracy and usefulness. Take the lead in identifying, developing and supporting projects to streamline sales processes to enable the Sales team to flourish. Be a catalyst in assisting with the execution of sales & marketing events that make a lasting impact. Collaborate closely with our nationwide Sales Support Co-ordinators, fostering teamwork and excellence. Skillfully manage purchase orders, invoicing and SAP reporting for our valued vendors. Support the State Manager with the day-to-day operations of the office and Branch. Handle mail distribution, and stationery ordering, responding promptly to our team's needs. Be prepared to offer ad-hoc branch support whenever the situation calls for it. Essential requirements for this role: A proven track record of success in a similar role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that set you apart. A natural flair for delivering outstanding customer service. Superb organisational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail Familiarity with SAP is a distinct advantage, showcasing your adaptability and tech-savviness.
