THE OPPORTUNITY TAFE NSW is looking for suitability qualified, experienced, and passionate Teacher in Automotive Mechanical (Light) to join our team. Working within industry current facilities at our TAFE NSW Glendale campus you will share your knowledge and expertise with an engaged student cohort and peers. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will possess: • Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or above) • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), or the TAE40110 qualification with the required additional upgrade units, or higher-level qualification in adult education • Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience, part of which has been gained in the last three (3) years • A Fair Trading NSW tradesperson certificate (licence) in the class of “Motor Mechanic” OR if applying from interstate only, applicants must be eligible to obtain a Fair Trading NSW Tradesperson certificate • High level computer and IT literacy For further information about the role please review the Position Description and Information Pack .
