About the role: This is a highly rewarding position for somebody who is driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment . As our Billing Administrator, you will carry out duties including billing, master data management, portal administration, as well as general administrative duties. It is fast-paced, highly reactive and reports to a Head of Controlling . You will be working closely with our team of skilled administrators based in our head office in Mascot. What’s in it for you: Highly competitive base 11.5 % Super 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent Supportive team environment with great culture Potential for real growth both personally and professionally Office location in Mascot Key Accountabilities: Ensuring that invoices are generated on time as per the contractual requirements Assisting with our the backlog of portal administration up to date Ensuring that Customer Master data is accurate Follow up and cleanse any data integrity concerns with internal stakeholders Generate and distribute monthly reports, invoices and customer communications What we are looking for: Experience in a previous financial, customer service or administration role Previous experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP will be highly regarded Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly excel Excellent communication and analytical skills, with high attention to detail Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask About Schindler: Schindler Lifts Australia is part of the Schindler Group, one of the top elevator companies in the world, spanning 100 countries with more than 64,000 employees worldwide .
