Due to growth we have multiple opportunities for proactive and motivated Service Technicians fully qualified Grade A electricians based in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a great opportunity to run the overall operations of the depots and to really make a difference in your role. This role will be responsible for field/On-Site and depot service requirements, for all of our fleet within the Melbourne Depot. The right candidate will be focused on maintaining the highest level of fleet quality and availability. Key responsibilities will include: - Carry out the total maintenance needs of all hire fleet. - Conduct weekly / monthly scheduled service plan to maintain optimum fleet performance. - Travel to client sites. - Accurately complete Prep for Hire / Delivery / Return / Service Order records. - Organise and assist in the planning of onsite project needs and ensure that the customer is supported. - Actively participate in skills based training suitable to your field. To be successful in this role you will be experienced in exceptional communication skills with a strong customer focus and the ability to work under pressure and unsupervised. Your planning, problem solving and coordination skills will also help you succeed in this role. You must also be willing to work on call as needed and be flexible to travel at short notice.
