This Contractor has several civil infrastructure projects in Newcastle and is currently recruiting both Project Engineers and Site Engineers on civil projects. They have a wide range of projects from major roadworks, to large water infrastructure projects, and varied civil works. We are looking for Project Engineers and Site Engineers who have experience running projects worth over $5m in value. These civil projects have significant earthworks, structures, and heavy civil aspects in them, but ideally, you will have previous experience with earthworks on roads, bridges, mining, water infrastructure, or heavy civil infrastructure. These roles are the key site positions on the project team, reporting to, and working alongside the Project Manager and Superintendent, the success of this project will depend on you and your experience delivering major civil works. To be successful in this role you should have; Hold a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Management worked on a civil project with over $5m in value have exposure to earthworks, civil on a road, rail, water, or mine project in Australia an understanding of drawings and technical specifications ability to develop and run a program with a high-level detailed planning Ideally have worked with an Australian tier-one or tier-two civil or building contractor The company requires Project Engineers and Site Engineers who are experienced and qualified, looking to build a solid grounding on civil projects and move to the next $100m project level.
