Canada Goose is coming to Australia with stores in Chadstone and Sydney: We are searching for experienced, luxury lifestyle retailers to join the team bringing Canada Goose to Australia's shores. In both Chadstone and Sydney, we are recruiting for the following positions: Store Manager The Store Manager is the curator of the customer experience, leading the store with an entrepreneurial mindset and being accountable for store performance in all areas. You lead and create a talent development and education culture, direct operational excellence with a customer-centric mindset, and ensure that your store achieves its financial targets. You are a steward of Canada Goose's values and culture. This role would suit a Regional or State Manager of a local designer label or a luxury Store Manager with five or more years of experience. Salary commensurate to the experience required. The successful candidates will travel to Hong Kong for an immersive induction to ensure our Australian clientele experiences the customer journey Canada Goose is known for globally. Assistant Store Manager The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maintaining high-quality customer service while creating an outstanding experience that allows customers to continuously conquer the outdoors You will work closely to support the Store Manager in all store performance areas, including store performance, people management & engagement, customer experience and operational excellence. You will ensure the store achieves its targets by driving the customer relationship management (CRM) process from welcome to after-sale care. This role requires several years in luxury or premium lifestyle retail management. (Senior) Brand Ambassadors - Experience & Operations The Senior Brand Ambassador / Brand Ambassador role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Canada Goose. In this role, you will assist in the execution of the plans and strategies developed by the leadership team and execute store functions in relation to operational efficiency (that impacts the overall quality of the customer journey). Let's talk about you: Articulate in English and Mandarin (preferred) You bring energy, are a natural explorer and/or participate in an outdoor lifestyle Ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work retail hours (including weekends, late nights and peak extended trading hours). Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail Proven track record of successful store operations, including the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, are an asset Ability to travel internationally and interstate for training.
