We have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Brisbane project delivery team. In this role, you will particularly focus on client facing activities, meeting minutes and providing support to our Project Control team members. This role is full time fixed term until March 2024. You will be present at the client’s Brisbane office during normal office hours of a minimum of 4 days per week. What will I do? Sets up and facilitates project team events, meetings and workshops, including help with logistics and documentation. Supporting the project manager to monitor and record change notifications and responsible for change register. Ensures that the project team responds to notifications within specified deadlines. Runs reports to identify non-compliance. Ensures non-compliance is closed out. Will take responsibility and resolve most issues. Assist Document controller to onboard and demobilise design project staff using the automated onboarding tool Supports on completion of contract information for checking and sign-off by commercial manager. Gathers relevant financial information for review by commercial manager. What will I bring? At least two years of relevant industry experience in project support within a consulting/engineering business environment Understands the technical deliverables on the project and uses this understanding to support the project team at technical meetings. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Follows processes, procedures and instructions and identifies any gaps or inefficiencies.
