Our team are currently looking for Master Plan Project Support Officer to fulfil a long term Fixed Term Contract position. What you'll do: As a key support position, this role will assist the Master Plan Manager in the planning and delivery of the Perth Airport Master Plan 2026. The role will provide vital project support, with a variety of procurement, document control, preparation of project management reports, other key documentation, agenda preparation and record keeping being integral to the role. The role is more than administrative in nature – you will be part of a delivery function for the development, procurement and preparation of the vast Master Plan inputs and other requirements in the preparation and delivery of such an important document. This role is responsible for ensuring the Master Plan Manager has the relevant and essential documentation, processes and resources that are essential to ensuring the timely delivery of the Master Plan 2026. You will also be preparing key strategies and objectivities across many internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate, build and maintain relationships, with both internal and external PAPL stakeholders. About you: Minimum requirement for the role will be 2 years plus of document project delivery in a corporate environment, ideally in the production of broad corporate wide documents with a public interface. Also, you are an expert in corporate programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. We are looking for an effective communicator who is organised and efficient and can coordinate a multitude of things at once with competing priorities, possessing sound organisational skills. You are able to demonstrate a positive attitude along with good planning and time management skills.
