If you embody leadership, motivation, and a passion for sales, you could be the perfect fit. Creating excitement and passion around our products Achieve or exceed personal & team sales volume targets set on a monthly basis Uncovering customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs. Providing exceptional product and service knowledge to our customers Understanding and performing the other roles within the dealership such as valuating trade ins, introducing customers to our finance, insurance and aftermarket teams, leading the sales team when required. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brands, products and services and our competitive products About you To be successful, you will need to fulfill the following requirements: Experience in a similar role Ability to meet required targets and have a driven nature and work in a team environment Excellent customer service skills in face to face sales Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills Current Drivers Licence You will be highly organised and able to implement procedures in line with company guidelines Why should you make the move to Trivett Peugeot Citroen?
