About the role The purpose of a Sales Support Coordinator is to be involved in the day-to-day management of key customers across NSW in collaboration with the NSW Account Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks such as ordering, quoting, delivery management and billing enquiries. Important to note: This is a Full-Time maternity leave cover position Expectation is approximately 15 months. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Proactively supporting the NSW sales team through reporting and sales administration Coordinating print management renewals by compiling quotations and proposals Identify, develop and support projects to streamline sales processes Requesting Machines in Field lists and working with the Customer Care Team Processing purchase orders, invoicing and SAP reporting Working in collaboration with the operations team in confirming delivery, relocations and collections of devices Supporting customers with consumable orders.
