The role: As a Senior React-Native Developer, you'll lead the development and maintenance of mobile apps, optimize code, and collaborate on feature enhancements for superior user experiences in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain React-Native mobile applications that seamlessly integrate with the web ecosystem. Review and optimize existing codebase, ensuring high code quality and performance. Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features aligned with project goals and user requirements. Identify and resolve issues and bugs promptly to maintain application stability. Optimize application performance and responsiveness to deliver an exceptional user experience. Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, libraries, and APIs. Participate in and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Key experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in React-Native development with a strong portfolio of mobile applications. Deep understanding of JavaScript, React, and Redux. Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Work flexibility is available at the company.
