About the opportunity: Join our team at the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, and become a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of our office and supporting the external engagement efforts. Under the guidance of the Director, OVC, this role offers a fantastic development opportunity where you well undertake a diverse range of administrative and secretarial tasks including event management and secretariat support. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants within our dynamic team. To be considered you will have strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with a passion for stakeholder engagement and be happy to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a campus based position, with flexible work arrangements.
