About the role We are seeking a motivated and driven Finance Administrator to join our National Credit & Funding team. Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with relevant requests and queries, ensuring timely settlement of funded deals, and managing customer refunds. The Finance Administrator will process daily bank allocations, maintaining all funding related data in the ERP system as well as processing reports as required. Requirements Daily banking, allocations & reconciliation of general ledger accounts Managing the company payout process, including the timely payment of payout invoices. Actioning funding queries via telephone & ticketing system Ensuring the timely settlement of funded deals, including invoice reconciliation & liaising with branch operations to confirm forecasted delivery dates. Process credit notes/debit memos on an ad hoc basis, as required Provide outstanding customer service in line with the KM values Who are we looking for? Demonstrated experience in a similar role Strong MS Excel skills SAP experience (preferred) A proven capacity to set priorities and meet critical deadlines Strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills Work well in a team environment and have a positive can-do attitude Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed KPIs & targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
