3 month contract with the possibility of extension, Millmerran-based employer, full time, 38 hours a week. Our client, based in Millmerran, is seeking a temporary Administration Officer for an immediate start. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. This is a busy and varied role, and as the face of the company, the successful applicant must possess outstanding communication skills, and a polished and professional approach to their work. Your main responsibilities will include: Meeting and greeting visitors to the office Answering a high volume of incoming telephone calls Invoice Processing Database management and document control Assisting with office functions and events Typing and Distribution of Meeting Minutes Creating Purchase Requisitions General Office duties To be considered for this role, you should have: Strong organisational skills A demonstrated ability to understand corporate values and the understanding of the need to adhere to WHS and EEO policies Demonstrated ability to maintain the confidentiality of the information handled Exceptional interpersonal and team skills are required to facilitate effective interaction with team members and outside parties at all levels A flexible attitude towards a variety of situations Excellent oral & written communication Excellent typing skills Excellent telephone manner A detailed Position Description is available upon request from the HB Group on Tel: 46394410 or email recruitmenthb.net.au
