As the HR Truck Driver, you will safely operate heavy vehicles to collect general waste, cardboard and other recycling from valued clients across the Shoalhaven Region. The position requires early morning starts, working primarily Monday to Friday. About the Position: Collection, transportation, and disposal of waste and recyclable materials to disposal locations Delivering exceptional customer service to key stakeholders Performing daily maintenance and safety checks on the vehicle and equipment Training to operate a range of fleet and equipment Essential Criteria Valid HR licence with 2 years' driving experience Good geographical knowledge of the Shoalhaven/ South Coast Region Fit to perform manual handling up to 25kg Safety conscious mindset Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks including a driving record check, police check and paid medical An excellent driving record Full working rights in Australia Desirable Background in waste management industry ideal but not essential Roster: Monday to Friday work schedule with occasional weekend shifts/ overtime Depot Location: Nowra NSW 2541 This role will commence in a casual ongoing capacity with opportunity for permanency for the right candidate.
