You will make a difference by: Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholder support Collaborating effectively with developers and internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes Ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of data, security measures, and system settings Implementing minor modifications as required Documenting important artifacts using enterprise tools like JIRA and Confluence Overseeing and uphold the implementation process and governance Continually improving standards and processes Occasionally take on various roles, including technical leadership, based on delivery requirements A little bit about you Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator Holding certifications such as Admin I & II, along with other Salesforce certifications, would be highly valued Active involvement in the Salesforce community or similar networks will be highly regarded Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging with stakeholders, including the ability to conduct showcases Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement Serve as a role model by embodying the culture and values in line with the expectations of the team and Insignia Financial Life at Insignia Financial From people just starting out, to those about to retire – every day we help more Australians secure their future.
