Circa $70k super We represent an Innovative Online Marketplace in the Smash Repair Industry connecting customers with reputable local repairers. The company is a rapidly growing start-up disrupting the automotive repair industry. With an impeccable track record of 5 successful years of growth and excellent customer reviews , you will work alongside the National Account Manager to manage, engage and continue to build strong relationships with the repairer network. As an ambitious, enterprising, and down to earth ‘people person’ you will be joining a high energy team. Your key responsibilities: Assisting in the management of repairer network working in conjunction with management. Overseeing all network expansion to new areas both in Australia and potentially overseas. Building and retaining relationships within the repair industry while understanding the market. Set targets & KPI’s across the repairer network focused on customer experience surveys & conversion rates for quotes. Sharing market insights with the team. Increasing repairer engagement and sharing monthly reporting. Monitoring the online platform for levels of engagement. Working closely with Management to determine where Fleets are based to ensure facilitation in that area. Answering day to day enquiries from repairers and always seeking new opportunities to grow the repairer network. Most importantly, you will ensure that customer satisfaction levels and quality of service are exceeded at every turn. Ideally you will have a background of 2-3 years working in an administration / customer service environment and you will have displayed exceptional time management and problem solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills , combined with great enthusiasm and a proactive approach. You will also need to be skilled in MS Word and Excel and be tech savvy. CRM skills will also be useful.
