TAFE Teachers are professional educators who help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The successful candidate for this role will deliver educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes. ABOUT YOU You are a passionate and engaged individual who holds relevant qualifications and experience in Community Services and adult education. You have current sector knowledge and extensive experience in Community Services and are committed to maintaining industry currency. You have the gift of the gab, with demonstrated experience in establishing relationships with and providing exceptional customer service to diverse individuals. You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills and your ability to facilitate adult learning. Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements: • Diploma of Community Services (or above) • Minimum three years post-qualification experience in the Community Services industry, gained no longer than five years ago • Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent and a commitment to maintaining competency • Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency VET knowledge and skills APPLY NOW Your application for this role should include the following: 1.
