Casual Helicopter Pilot opportunity Serve a purpose in our community Join an experienced team REF: SF53145 About the role We are inviting expressions of interest from qualified Multi-Engine Helicopter Pilots to join our Aviation & Critical Services team in a casual capacity. Babcock MCS conducts medical transport and emergency service operations throughout Australia. The available positions are casual roles as a B412 and/or AW139 Helicopter Pilot, in support of these operations. The casual roles will be offered as 12 month contracts. About you Due to varied client requirements, the successful candidate should satisfy the following contract minimum qualifications and experience: Essential: CASA CPL(H)/ATPL(H) Class 1 Medical Instrument Rating with MEH endorsement and minimum 3 renewals 2500 hrs total helicopter 1500 hrs PIC helicopter 500 hrs PIC MEH, not including ICUS 250 hrs instrument flying time 100 hrs night PIC Type rating and 100hrs experience on type - B412 and/or AW139 NVIS rating Low-level rating with winch endorsement NVIS rating Prior EMS operational experience - minimum 100 hrs As part of the EOI, applicants are requested to show their compliance against the above criteria, provide general information on their availability, and detail which contract / location they are willing to work. Salary will be paid on an hourly rate for all roster coverage and any associated travel, based upon experience and qualifications in line with the Babcock Pilot EA.
