About the role Coordinate Supplier Shipping documentation for overseas orders Liaise with internal and external providers on stock, sales and delivery related matters Pro-active customer service, accurate order processing and invoicing Support sales staff of designated business groups Liaise with warehousing and other 3PL contracting services to provide deliveries and sales support Investigate and follow up customer claims Verify consignment stock on a monthly basis Identify opportunities to improve customer experience As an integral team member you will thrive in this varied role to support the sales and operations team To excel in this role Experience in customer services is required Excellent skills in product and customer processes, import documentation, sales, and quality management. Strong IT skills, including Excel reporting and data analysis. Hands-on approach with high attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external communication. Outstanding time-management and prioritization skills. Comfortable working in a small local team as part of a larger national/international team. A positive "can do" attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
