About the role We have an opportunity to bring your physiotherapy expertise to our facility in Rockingham fostering a culture of collaboration and care. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position works collaboratively with our clinical team, operations and business support services to ensure effective physiotherapy services are being delivered to our residents. This role supports the physical function of residents through designing, reviewing and implementing individualised physiotherapy interventions and programs. In this role you will be focused on providing best possible care, encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing. About you You will be the kind of person who loves hearing stories from someone’s life journey. You’ll be patient and understand that no matter where someone starts, making the most of their physical function and ability can make a difference, every small step, matters. You’ll be collaborative and looking for a team that shares your authentic care for others. Your key experience will include: Degree in Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration Demonstrated experience in delivering physiotherapeutic interventions ideally within an aged care setting Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and Person-Centred Practice desirable Extensive and well-developed communication skills across a range of diverse groups COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months) About the benefits You’ll join a Western Australian community focused Not for Profit organisation deeply committed to our values and making a difference in the lives of those we support.
