About the role We have an opportunity to bring your physiotherapy expertise to our facility in Rockingham fostering a culture of collaboration and care. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position works collaboratively with our clinical team, operations and business support services to ensure effective physiotherapy services are being delivered to our residents. This role supports the physical function of residents through designing, reviewing and implementing individualised physiotherapy interventions and programs. In this role you will be focused on providing best possible care, encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing. You’ll be patient and understand that no matter where someone starts, making the most of their physical function and ability can make a difference, every small step, matters. You’ll be collaborative and looking for a team that shares your authentic care for others.
