Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design, development and co-ordination of all engineering tasks, specifications and timing covering the introduction of new spring products. Development and management of testing programs on new designs. Design, development and co-ordination of engineering tasks and timing for new improvements to production tooling. Formulate, develop and implement cost reductions. Provide customers with support in Prototypes, drawing requirements and technical knowledge. Comply with and improve on Monroe Springs systems Actively promote and comply with the Company's Environmental Health & Safety Policies, Procedures and Processes, and the use of protective equipment (PPE) issued by the company. Comply with duty of care and due diligence responsibilities as required under state legislation. Undertake any other responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, as may be required from time to time.
