Requirements Our platform is scaling quickly and we need a hands-on Lead Product Designer to work with Product and Engineering and ensure our user experience is world-class. Reporting to the CTO, you will: Working on a major redesign of Displayr and prototyping a completely new data product. Work collaboratively with our product managers, developers, and the CEO to create hi-fi wireframes, interactive prototypes, customer journey maps and other UI/UX deliverables. Create a Design System. Contribute to the definition and development of detailed customer experience designs from inception through to release. Conduct reviews of existing workflows and document recommendations for improvements. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet both customer and business requirements. Ideally be based in Sydney and enjoy the flexibility of working from home as well as our Pyrmont office. As the Lead Product Designer, you will be well-positioned to lead and grow a team of Designers. About You Essential 5 years of working as a UX Designer for a browser-based software app involving complex user workflows. Have led a team of cross-functional designers including recruitment. Passionate about UX product design and invested in self-development so you stay ahead of the curve with new trends and designs. Experienced in creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for major UI/UX redesigns. Demonstrated experience designing complex SaaS products in agile teams. Knowledge of HTML, CSS. Experience creating design systems. Advanced use of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar. Excellent communication skills. Desirable Experience working with data apps.
