Key Responsibilities: Managing agreements, both new and existing Monitoring service schedules and creating work orders Updating service meter hours and scheduling Offering systems support and training Collaborating with various teams for smooth service execution Responding to Help Desk inquiries with team members to gather updates and address any potential roadblocks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote effective communication and teamwork.
